Can I just say how much I love Jillian Michaels?!

I haven’t posted in here for a while. My plan for this tumblr was to keep up with my 30 day shred workout since it was my very first workout routine ever.
Although I haven’t been up to date with my tumblr, I did keep up with the shred and I finished it a while ago. I also finished Ripped in 30, and I also did a week of Six Week Six Pack before starting Body Revolution.
As you can tell… I love Jillian’s workouts! I’m not limiting myself to her workouts though, once I’m done Body Revolution, I’ll be a little ambitious and I’ll probably give P90x or Insanity a try… Which is a better choice?

Just finished 30 day shred! YAYYY!!
I’m trying to decide whether to do round two or move on to Ripped in 30… What do you guys think??

Made oopsie bread for the first time.
As you can see, they’re burnt at the bottom! I didn’t notice that my oven’s temperature is listed in C rather than F.

Oh well, now I know!

I made them for tomorrow’s lunch. I’m thinking of having a panini, hopefully it’ll survive the panini press… We’ll see!

Just in case you guys haven’t heard of Oopsies - they are a low carb alternate for bread. It’s basically made up of eggs and cream cheese! Obviously, it’s not as satisfying as breaf, but if you’re on a low carb diet, oopsies are a great treat!

Every morning sweat stings my eye because of Jillian Michaels.

Anonymous asked: hey i saw wondering about the thirty day shred: 1st: do you do the same exersize everyday for each level? 2nd: how long do you stay on each level?

1. Yup, you basically do the same exercise each level. Although if it does get easy for you, there are some modifications that you can do (heavier weights, advanced level).
2. There are three levels and you stay on each level for 10 days. Not too bad when you think about it!
Just start it, and you’ll be surprised that you’re already almost done a level in no time! I know I am!
